Sekolah Pilar Indonesia organised Parent Information Day for new parents from Early Childhood Centre to Senior High to encourage parental involvement in school activities and events. Active parental involvement contributes to a positive school community, improves student outcomes, and enhances the overall educational experience.
Bapak Dr. Iwan Kresna Setiadi, the Management Board of Sekolah Pilar Indonesia, shared a few points with the new parents. Pak Iwan emphasised how parents should be good role models for their children, make themselves available as partners to the school, give their children their attention, and encourage them to think critically and express their opinions.
Parents were able to gain valuable insights into best practices, educational resources, and techniques that can contribute to their children’s success.
